Many consider it common knowledge that only natural food can promote a healthy and happy physiological function and that stimulants are a deterrents that cannot give the body what it needs. Your body normally detoxifies itself all day and generally while you are sleeping. The need to dispose toxic elements it receives from stimulants, nutrition and pollution is a constant for your body - hence the need for options to consider such as detox fasting. If you mistreat one's body with stimulants, an immediate loss of energy or emotional symptoms (i.e. headaches, sickness and depressions) might occur. What is a stimulant?

It is a substance (that comes in many forms) that makes us feel good and quickly changes a symptom in an unnatural way. Many people don't realize that a lot of weight loss herbs are stimulatory and/or have been used to give additional energy to athletes. A viable alternative is fruit, since it is detoxifying and there is no limit of how much one can eat. Substituting fruit for other food products will often result in weight lost.

Commonly known stimulants are the nicotine in cigarettes and salt/pepper/some spices. Squeezed fruit and carrots can be used as a substitute for cigarettes while herbal salt is a substitute for spices/salt/peer. Many people assume that red meat is a stimulant because of its seemingly immediate effect of energy, despite the fact that the protein takes 4-6 hours to digest. There are various anecdotal reasons that has been given. An appropriate substitute would be the consumption of fish.

Drugs are dangerous stimulants - period.

Hash and pot stimulate the kidneys and blood circulation while containing polluting elements that can cause cancer. Hard drugs are chemical drugs and extremely stimulating whose byproducts often include killing brain cells.

Weight lost provides different type of issues. When someone eats a great deal of frit or quit taking dairy products that results in weight lost, the body has to burn the fact and cope with the toxic waste that is embedded within the fat that might make one fill ill for a period of time.

Eating fruit on a regular basis will cause your body to detoxify itself. A recommended procedure is to not eat anything but fruit until noon. The reasons is that your body is still busy detoxifying from the night before. A recommended breakfast could be 3 oranges, two mandarins and half a red grapefruit for breakfast for quick energy - though it should be eaten with caution during an illness.
